How do you get rid of squirrels from your house soffit?

, it works my brother did it to my amazement , play really loud music close to the nest and when they all leave cover the holeHow do you get rid of squirrels from your house soffit?
you must live in my neiborhood, icame home and found 5 in my yard, and 1 dead in trap. and i caught 3 more over the weekend. I had them invade my attic, I put out mothballs ( no good) I put a noisemaker that was ssuppose to drive all insects out + anything else ( no good) I ended up getting my 38 caliber pistol and some snakeshot for it and shot 2 in attic then closed up roof access. There are not many preditors that enjoy bushy tail stew, cats can't catch them, so when population gets to big (like now) Ithin them outHow do you get rid of squirrels from your house soffit?
catch and release is against many laws. moth balls are useless. 2 boxes in the attic did nothing. i did see on tv a guy used hardware cloth (1/4'; wire) to cover the holes. then in the center he made a tube out of the stuff about 2' long and it tapered down to a small hole at the end.. it just stuck out into the air. ideal was the squirrel could get out but couldnt bend his body back around to get into the hole without falling.

i closed off my holes and closed one up in.. next day he had chewed a hole to get out.. i waited for them to leave one morning and closed it up again.. all gone.. seems they like to go out and play in the afternoon but dont go out on rainy days
Call Animal Pest Control %26amp; they will get the job done.
By a Squirrel cage at a Hunting Supply store. Their inexpensive. Catch all of them little by Little and release them at the park and let people feed them peanuts.
Couple of methods. First, a few mothballs in the holes. Next, make sure any gnawed through hole larger than about 1-1/2 in across is patched shut, If you can't stand mothballs, get a bottle of deer repellant from the hardware store. Make sure it's broad spectrum, covering bunnies %26amp; squirrels. Spray down the interior %26amp; any openings they can get in. Repeat as necessary. Last, if you don't have exposed fiberglass in your attic, turn a terrier loose as long as it isn't too hot- open windows %26amp; turn on the fan if possible.
Set a trap that can be purchased at your local hardware store. The trap is called have-a-heart. You could also call your local wildlife removal company. Hope that helps.
