How do you get a live squirrel out of your house without harming it?

You see, I think it's cool. but my mom's friend doesn't think so (it's her house) and wants it out. HOw can she capture it without causing it pain or killing it?

no poisins or guns please.

Like a way to make a cage or a lure or something.

thankyouHow do you get a live squirrel out of your house without harming it?
They hate the smell of moth balls.i had to put moth ball in my daughter attic .go to Walgreen's or Wal-mart ask for ';Moth Balls';.How do you get a live squirrel out of your house without harming it?
I had the same problem in my garage there was a squirl but it was annoying. My sister had a baby doll that eats babyfood and she left it in the garage one night and the squirl ate of the lips of the baby doll. Isnt that crazy. Well anyway we were going to call animal control but before we did the squirl just left. Anyway just leave it alone it should go away byitself. If it doesnt then call animal control!!!
All these things are good but something more important than all these things is to make sure any openings the squirrel can get in are properly sealed. They usually get in the attic and if you call pest control they will maybe kill it, my boyfriend is a pest control tech and your better getting it out yourself then making sure it cant get back in!
Try this simple trick - a tall storage bin with a carrier or plastic bag over the top, with nuts on it - the squirrel will jump on the bag to get the nuts, fall in and be unable to jump out - easy, humane and my Mum swears by it for catching mice, etc :-)
she should try have a heart cages - they are humane (it is a live trap), and also actually even more effective than other traps. I used one for a mouse and within 10 minutes of setting up, the little guy was in there, and I set him free.
you can put a cardboard box on the side and put a few nuts or something in it and when it goes in then just cover the opening with a piece of wood or something, flip it over and carry the box outside and let it free!
pest control.. the thing will think no matter what your trying to harm, and can jump %26amp; bite you.. id just look inphone book, for 24/7 pest control.

eeeks good luck. I hate those critters
If she has a dog, she can make a trail of kibble out the door. (Just don't let the dog eat it before the squirrel sees it)
Call animal control. The number should be in your city or county directory.
Leave a trail of nuts leading out of the house.
leave the back door open and place a cadburys fruit n nut in the back garden
open the doors and chase it out lol
with difficulty,and a cat trap[u can borrow 1 from a local shelter
